If you read this blog then you know that we are foodies and lovers of creating fun, new recipes. We shared our Island Pork Chops Recipe with you a few weeks ago and today we are back with another fun mission as part of our partnership with the National Pork Board.
We love pork. It is such a versatile meat and since we love our grill about as much as we love cooking in the kitchen, our summer is filled with lots of different grilled pork recipes. Those Island Pork Chops? Mouthwatering.
Here are some of our favorite pork recipes from the blog:
Imperial Ale Pork Tenderloin | Sweet & Smoky Ribs | Apple Cider Vinegar Ribs
A few weeks ago we had such a fun opportunity! We got to crash the grill at a local pool party for our friends. We were invited to swim and then everyone was planning to go out to dinner. But they had no idea we were bringing along dinner for everyone and that we were planning to crash the grill.
Everyone got to try out our new favorite pork recipe and they were just blown away! We served Island Pork Chops, delicious roasted corn and roasted garlic cauliflower.
There really wasn't much talking going on once we served the meal and in about 15 minutes, every single morsel of food had been eaten. I would definitely that our crashing the grill was a huge success!
Stay tuned for our Brown Sugar Glazed Rotisserie Pork Recipe coming up later this week!
