Want to add red wine to your recipe? Simply use ½ cup of beef broth and ½ cup of your favorite red wine.
Directions
- Press “sauté” on the IP and put the oil in the pot
- When oil is hot, add the beef to brown, and then add the onions and peppers
- When beef is completely brown, and veggies are soft, add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl.
- Give it a stir and put the lid on the pot, and move the switch to “seal”
- Press manual power for 10 minutes.
- Do a quick release and remove the lid.
- If you find the sauce has a bit too much liquid, press the sauté button and let it sauté for a few minutes to evaporate some of the liquid. (I found you didn’t need to do this.)
- While you’re waiting for the sauce to cook, boil some spaghetti to tender, and drain.
- When serving, garnish with some shredded parmesan cheese.
