Find four narrow and very firm zucchini, uniformly shaped. You’ll want these ones specifically to make sure they fit into the spiralizer from start to finish. The more narrow ones will also have less seeds which is helpful when creating the noodles.
Thoroughly wash the zucchini before starting. Place the end without the stem firmly into the center of the spiralizer, try to have it be as vertical as possible for even noodles.
Twist the zucchini until you can no longer hold it, then firmly place the pronged cap into the stem end and finish twisting the rest of the zucchini until it wont turn anymore.
Once you have the noodles together add them to a hot pan with the ingredients listed.
Cover and cook until just tender, about 4 to 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy right away.
