State Fair Lemonade or carnival lemonade is a refreshing and classic summer drink. It's made by shaking together sliced lemons, sugar, water, and ice. Some places stir the lemonade while others shake. Both recipes are good but the shaking process releases the oils from the lemon zest, creating a more flavorful lemonade.
