  1. Place the trimmed meat in a dish and coat with the wine, Worcestershire sauce, mustard seeds and add in the smashed garlic.
  2. Mix everything well and then set in the refrigerator at least overnight or up to 48 hours.
  3. When you’re ready to cook it, fire up the grill to medium heat and cook to your preference.
  4. These pieces were smaller so we did just a couple minutes on each side-but do keep in mind that grills will cook differently and the size and thickness of the meat will play a huge roll in how long it takes to for the meat to cook.
