Ingredients

  • 2 cups of mayonnaise (we used mayo with extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1/8 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup of diced Vidalia onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon of fresh dill
  • sprig of dill for garnish

  1. In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, and dill pickle.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Consistency should be thick.
  3. Put in a container with a lid that seals and refrigerate.
