Gorton’s Beer Battered Fillets + Homemade Tartar Sauce Recipe

During the holiday season, I am all about simplifying our meals. We are so busy that we barely have time for ourselves much less time to cook. Gorton's Seafood offers me a great way to make something for my family that I can feel good about serving them. I know and understand every single ingredient on that list above.

My kids love fish almost as much as I do so it is only natural that we would want to serve the simple ingredients of Gorton's. Did you know that Gorton’s Seafood leads in sustainability with seafood that is fully traceable to the source? I love that!

  • 1/8 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup of diced Vidalia onion

In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, and dill pickle. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Consistency should be thick. Put in a container with a lid that seals and refrigerate.
