Stir Fry Chicken and Vegetables
We needed to cook together as a family. The recipe needed to be simple and easy. We decided to make this Stir Fry Chicken and Vegetables.
Ingredients needed:
La Choy Teriyaki Stir Fry sauce or your favorite stir fry sauce
Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
Dole Stir Fry Veggies – frozen
Pam
Balsamic Vinegar
Angel Hair Pasta
Directions:
Cook pasta until done to your preference. Coat with stir fry sauce and set aside.
Drain tomatoes until all water is gone and set aside.
Coat pan with Pam. Generously drizzle chicken with balsamic vinegar and place in pan. Cook chicken in frying pan until it about 2/3 cooked. Remove chicken from heat and set aside for a few minutes. Once chicken has rested, dice it into once inch size cubes or small strips.
Coat pan with Pam and turn heat on high. Put vegetables in the pan and cook for two to three minutes. Add chicken. Add stir fry sauce. You need to add enough to coat all veggies and meat.
Remove from heat. Toss stir fry mixture with pasta and serve.
