Caramel Macchiato Ice Cream Recipe
Summer is one of my favorite seasons, there's the strawberry picking, the warm weather, the lazy afternoons, the road trips, the iced coffees and the ice cream. And that's when it hit me iced coffee + ice cream are probably two of the most delicious things. Combine them into one and voila you just made it! So I went to my kitchen and whipped up this Caramel Macchiato Ice Cream and oh my gosh guys it was the best.
We finished it up so quickly that I had to go to the kitchen to make another batch. You know that when something flies out of the fridge in less time that it takes you to cook it you have a good recipe in your hands.
Another great thing about this recipe is that it is incredibly easy to make. It seems super fancy and elegant but truth is, is one of those recipes that are so incredibly easy to put together that I can't stop asking myself why I didn't make it before.
And it uses very little ingredients, so that's another great thing about this recipe. I mean is there something this recipe is not perfect at? It's a crowd favorite, it's incredibly delicious, it's super refreshing, easy and uses very little ingredients. This is ice cream gold my friends.
Once you have it done I like to serve it as is in a big bowl and top it with an ice cream cone but you can also serve it with some whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel.
- 2 Cups heavy cream
- 1 Cup milk
- ⅓ Cup caramel macchiato coffee creamer
- 2 tsp of coffee
- Caramel syrup to taste
- Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix them for 5 minutes.
- With the help of an electric mixer, mix everything on high speed for 2 more minutes.
- Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Pour into your ice cream maker bowl and mix it following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Serve and enjoy.
