Beef Veggie Stir Fry Recipe with Pasta
Beef Veggie Stir Fry Recipe with Pasta As a busy family, we are constantly on-the-go during the week. My kids are involved in a myriad of activities and this sometimes means that my husband...
As a mother of three kids, there is never enough time in the day. Between Scouts, play practice, recitals, and the general running of the household, there is always something that I intended to get to but just…didn't. So whenever my husband wants to make fajitas, I jump on the opportunity. If he is doing the cooking, I get to save some time. Now that is something that I can use. It also helps that his fajitas are out of this world; even the pickiest of our children devour the dish. We hope that you enjoy this Southwestern Steak Fajitas Recipe post.
If you were searching for how to cook steak fajitas, skirt steak fajita marinade, the best steak fajita recipe, steak fajita marinade, skirt steak fajitas or even steak fajita seasoning, our easy steak fajitas recipe is exactly what you need.
Family southwestern steak fajitas night is something that we like to do every couple of weeks, and it's a meal that we all look forward to enjoying. All of the kids get involved with preparing the meal. My husband takes over meat duties and overall management, and my youngest prepares the guacamole (this is her own recipe). The other two help out making sides and setting the table.
I thought it would be fun to share my husbands fajita recipe. It's something that we all love, and it's pretty easy. So without further adieu, here is how we make fajita meat in our house.
2. Coat your meat well with the marinade and allow it to rest for a few hours. Use a flank or skirt steak for your meat.
3. When ready, prepare your grill. You want it nice and hot. Grill the steaks for about 3 minutes per side.
4. Allow the meat to rest a few moments, and then slice. Be sure to slice across the grain…this will insure super tender pieces of steak.
5. Serve with grilled onions, peppers, and warm tortillas.
We hope you enjoy the recipe; It really is easy, and it really will blow you away with flavor. We hope that you are inspired by this Southwestern Steak Fajitas Recipe. Happy cooking!

Convenience at its best. I will take advantage of this service, especially now that my mother is sick. It would save me a lot of time ordering her groceries through Shipt than to drive to the store and stand in line at checkout. Thanks for letting me know about this awesome new service!

I recently tried out a home delivery service for groceries and LOVED it!! I really do not enjoy grocery shopping as it is, plus I always feel like there is always way too much to get done. Having the grocerys delivered was such a treat. It was so nice to be able to check that off my list!
