I love Girls Night In events and I love to host them in my home as much as I love to attend them with friends. This time around our Girl's Night In is movie night, and we made this delicious Fruity Sangria Popsicles Recipe just for the occasion. Can you make wine popsicles? Can you freeze wine into popsicles? What I like about this Sangria Popsicles Recipe is how easy it is to make. You basically just puree some ingredients together, mix the puree with a few things, and then freeze everything; even I can do that! Sangria Popsicles

This recipe will fill a 4-popsicle mold 3 times (12 Popsicles)

Ingredients for the Sangria Pops

  • 3/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups Pinot Noir red wine
  • 1 cup Sprite lemon-lime soda
  • 1/2 cup Popsicle molds
  • 1/2 teaspoon brandy (optional)

Directions for the Sangria Pops

1.   Add the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries to a blender. Purée for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
2.   In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, add the berry purée, wine, Sprite, Pom juice, and brandy (optional). Stir well.
3.   Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
4.   ENJOY!! Tastes just like frozen Sangria!
