Pepperoni Pizza Pull-Apart Bread Recipe

Pepperoni Pizza Pull-Apart Bread RecipePepperoni Pizza Pull-Apart Bread Recipe

My entire family has a longstanding love affair with pizza. I grew up with parents who loved pizza and then I married a guy who made pizzas for a living until he went into the pizza business with his brothers. So obviously pizza is a big deal around here. I am incredibly particular when it comes to pizza because I love lots of sauce and lots of cheese. But it has to be good quality red sauce that I already love and good cheese. This pizza bread is delicious (try it: Pizza Biscuits) The recipe is so easy to make that it quickly became an after school favorite of the kids. We hope that you love this Pepperoni Pizza Pull-Apart Bread Recipe.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare a casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  3. Separate the biscuits and cut them into eighths. Set aside.
  4. Cut the pepperonis into quarters. Set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, gently fold all of the ingredients together, making sure to coat the dough with oil. I find that using my hands makes this process a little easier.
  6. Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Your pan size will determine the final baking time. Keep checking every 5 minutes until the biscuits are cooked all the way through.
  7. I used a 2 quart casserole dish and it took the 45 minutes.

Pro Tip: At the 30 minute mark, if your biscuits are browning too much and you need to cook longer, cover the top with foil to prevent further browning.
