Healthy Poke Bowl Recipes
Healthy Poke Bowl Recipes Poke is something that I discovered when I lived in Hawaii for a few years. In fact, they even served it in my high school and from the first try,...
As you probably already know, we love hosting parties around here, and parties should always include some dessert, bonus points if it's bite sized! This Bite Sized Greek Yogurt Brownies recipe or chocolate yogurt brownies has become a staple in or house and now I serve them at almost every gathering that I host. I also love to serve them as quick dinner time dessert or as a healthy greek yogurt brownies recipe. We hope that you love this Greek Yogurt Brownies from scratch recipe.
For the last couple of months, I've been seeing a lot of chocolate and greek yogurt recipes all over my Pinterest feed, I finally decided to give it a go a couple of months ago with one of my favorite brownie recipes and the results are amazing. Now all brownies around here are Greek Yogurt Fudge Brownie Bites. If you are looking for a healthy brownies recipe or eggless brownie recipe with yogurt or brownies without oil or butter or brownies with greek yogurt and applesauce or even desserts using vanilla greek yogurt, then you have come to the right place.
To keep them extra fudgy do not over bake them. You know they are done when they seem baked in the edges and slightly unbaked in the middle. If you bake them too long they are going to end up more cakier than fudgy, still delicious but without the sticky fingers factor.
Best of all these Bite Sized Greek Yogurt Brownies are also freezer friendly. I love desserts that are freezer friendly because I don't feel like we need to eat the whole batch. I serve half of the batch and then freeze the rest to serve the next week. Or I just make them ahead of time before a party or a meeting and 30 minutes before everyone arrives pop them out of the freezer, plate them really nicely and serve them. Seriously, no one has ever realized they were made ahead (sometimes even a couple of months ahead!!).
To freeze them just package them tightly in plastic wrap, place in an airtight container and in the fridge, they can last up to 6 months (but honestly they are so delicious you'll probably eat them before).
