Nutella Cheesecake with OREO Crust Recipe

Nutella and cheesecake are two of my favorite things. My children would eat Nutella every single day if I let them. I would probably eat cheesecake everyday if I could.  This recipe combines two of my favorite things into one delicious and decadent mini dessert. This dessert is 4 ounces, the perfect portion for anyone and takes less than 15 minutes to make. We hope that you love our Nutella Cheesecake with OREO Crust Recipe.

Nutella Cheesecake with OREO Crust Recipe

Ingredients ­

  • 1 C. Oreo Cookie crumbs
  • 3 tbs. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 package of cream cheese, softened 8 oz.
  • 2/3 C. Nutella
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • (10) 4 oz. jelly jars

  1. In a small bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter. The mixture will be crumbly.
  2. Use a tablespoon and scoop 2 tbs. of the mixture into the bottom of each jelly jar. Gently press it down with your fingers.
  3. In a medium bowl combine the Nutella, vanilla extract and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer and beat 2­-3 minutes on the medium speed.
  4. Scoop the cream cheese mixture into your jars filling almost to the top. Place the jars in the fridge to set 3-­4 hours.

***Makes approximately 10 servings. 1 jar = 1 serving. Store in the fridge ­2 weeks with the lids on.***
