- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- non stick cooking spray
- 9×9 baking pan
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300. Spray a 9×9 baking pan with cooking spray.
- Combine the coconut oil, banana, milk and honey in a bowl. Stir until blended.
- Add the oats and mix until uniformly coated. Gently fold in strawberries.
- Press mixture into pan.Bake for 60 minutes or until firm.
- Cool before slicing.

Made these and my toddlers LOVE them! Put them in an airtight container and they turned moldy within 3 days – might need to be stored in the fridge?
