Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and 3-4 drops of strawberry extract.
  3. Put cupcake wrappers into a muffin tin or use a silicone muffin pan if you don't have liners.
  4. Mix your melted butter and graham cracker crumbs to form a chunky crust, place a little in the bottom of each cupcake wrapper and flatten it to the shape of the wrapper.
  5. Fill each cup about ¾ of the way full.
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool.
  7. Frost with thick Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting and top with fresh sliced strawberries or just top with the strawberries which is what we do about 50% of the time.
  8. Keep refrigerated. Eat within 2-3 days for maximum freshness and best taste.
