We have this delicious Almond Joy Brownie Bites Recipe for you today! If your house is anything like mine, there is still a little Halloween candy laying around. In our home, the Almond Joy's are the last to go and I have no clue why because they are my favorite. Every year I always make a recipe centered around using leftover Halloween candy.
This year we used candy to make the richest most chocolatey brownies we have ever had. They turned out amazing and will definitely be added to our holiday baking selections where we make gifts.
We doctored up our favorite brownie mix for these quick and super tasty brownie bites. The standard directions called for 1 egg, 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 vegetable oil. We adjusted it to the following:
