DIY Valentine's Day Big Heart Balloon

This big heart balloon was so simple and easy to make that if you are looking for an over the top way to say I love you, then you need to make it.

Materials Needed

  • Balloon Time Helium tank
  • Pink Balloons
  • Red Balloons
  • Scissors
  • Electrical tape or heavy duty double-sided tape
  • Posterboard
  • Markers
  • Someone to say I love you to

Directions

  1. Blow up an equal amount of pink and red balloons with yourBalloon Time Helium tank in signature pink. My kids loved blowing up the balloons. It literally took only minutes to fill all of our balloons. We put them in the bathroom so none of them got away. We have a lower ceiling in there and the smaller room made it easy to wrangle the balloons when you are ready.
  2. Cut out three inch strips of electrical tape or double sided tape.
  3. Start putting your balloons together in a heart shape alternating every other color.
  4. You will need someone to hold the balloons as you craft your heart together. Tie a string at the bottom and you are finished. Present it to your loved one.

Pro tip: Do not take your balloon heart outside or it will blow away. This is the second heart we made. đŸ™‚
