My kids and I get inspired every time watching these amazing athletes from around the world. To honor the Olympics, we have come up with this incredibly delicious USA Inspired Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups Recipe which uses JIF Peanut Butter and Smucker's jelly plus topped with fresh blueberries.

Ingredients

  • JIF Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Smucker's Natural Red Raspberry Fruit Spread
  • Wheat Bread
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

  1. Cut circles in your bread with a circle cookie cutter. Using non-stick spray, generously spray a mini muffin pan. Put each circle into the muffin pan as shown. Bake at 250 for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool for 30 minutes.
  2. Add your JIF Creamy Peanut Butter and fill half of the cup. Next fill the second half of the cup with Smucker's Natural Red Raspberry Fruit Spread
  3. Finally top with freshly washed blueberries. Eat within 30 minutes for maximum freshness. For best results, eat while watching Olympics.

Unlike most National Olympic Committees, the USOC does not receive government funding, so it relies on the support of the American public to help U.S. athletes stay competitive with the rest of the world and continue to inspire Americans as part of Team USA.
