Savory Pork Loin with Apple Glaze Recipe
Pork is one of our favorite meats to cook and grill out. We just love cooking pork and experimenting with fun recipes. Some of my favorite recipes are simply delicious and made with juicy, tender, and versatile pork β the MVP of championship-worthy spreads this fall season. I am excited to share with you one of my favorite pork recipes. This one the entire family loves and I never have a single one left over. We hope that this Pork Loin with Apples recipe inspires you.
Fall Flavors in Every Bite:: Pork Loin with Apples
Ingredients
- 1-2 whole boneless pork tenderloins with the fat left on (depends on how many guests you are having)
- sea salt to taste
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- 3 teaspoons of fresh thyme (per tenderloin)
- 2 teaspoons of fresh basil leaves (per tenderloin)
- 2 teaspoons of fresh basil rosemary (per tenderloin)
- 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence (per tenderloin)
- 1 tablespoon of water (per tenderloin)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
- Place the pork loin on a rack in the roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Combine the herbs in a small bowl with the water. Massage the herbs into the pork tenderloin making certain to cover everything.
- Roast for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 degrees and roast for an additional hour. Once the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees, remove it from the oven.
- Let the roast stand for about 20 minutes. It will continue to cook as it does this.
- Slice the King's Hawaiian rolls and place them on a plate.
- Once the pork has rested, slice and place on rolls. Top with Apple Chutney (recipe posted below).
- Enjoy!

Ingredients
Directions for making Pork lion with Apples
- Combine everything in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to simmer.
- Continue cooking, stirring occasionally for about an hour. Once most of the liquid has evaporated, remove from heat.
- Cool and place into the container. Lasts for about two weeks if refrigerated.
