- Line a baking sheet (that will fit in your freezer) with wax paper. Place the cookie cutters on the wax paper and set aside.
- In a small bowl, add the chocolate chips and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until the chocolate is fully melted. This should take less than 2 minutes.
- Use a spoon to pour the melted chocolate into the center of the cookie cutter and use the handle to gently push the chocolate towards the edges of the cookie cutter. Make sure the cookie cutter is filled halfway with chocolate. Repeat for the rest of the cookie cutters and gently place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, add the almond bark or white chocolate chips and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until it is fully melted. This should take less than 2 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and use a clean spoon to pour the white chocolate on top of the dark chocolate, filling the cookie cutter completely. Sprinkle the crushed candy cane pieces on top and return the baking sheet to the freezer for 2 hours.
- Remove the baking sheet from the freezer and gently push the candy bark down through the bottom of the cookie cutter. It will pop right out and is now ready to eat, plate or place in candy bags to share!
