Cookies and Cream Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 box white cake mix
• water
• oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup crushed OREO's
• 1 container (16 oz) vanilla frosting
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• cupcake liners
• OREO to top each cupcake

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Follow the directions on the cake box to make the cake mix.
3. Add one teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and 1 cup of crushed OREO's  to the cake batter and stir.
4. Put the OREO's in a freezer Ziploc bag, cover with a towel and crush until coarse. I use the side of my meat tenderizer or a rolling pin.
5. Add cupcake liners to a cupcake pan and pour batter half way inside the liner.
6. Bake cupcakes as directed on the cake box.
7. Cool cupcakes and frost.
8. Add a garnish of crushed cookies and one OREO on top.
