Nutella Drizzle Delight: Banana Nutella Pancakes Recipe

One of my earliest memories is waking up on Saturday mornings to the irresistible aroma of my mother's pancakes wafting through the house. It was a cherished tradition in our family, and it's no wonder that pancakes became my ultimate breakfast comfort food. They bring back warm memories of family gatherings, and let's be honest, they're simply delicious.

Fast forward to having my own family, and I found myself continuing the tradition of weekend pancakes, just like Mom did. However, the idea of adding banana and Nutella to the mix never even crossed my mind. That's where my middle child comes in! In her eyes, banana and Nutella are the ultimate flavor power couple. So, when she suggested making pancakes with these ingredients, I was more than willing to experiment.

The result? This incredible recipe! I present to you our very own Banana Nutella Pancakes!

First, heat a large nonstick pan over medium flame. Once the pan is hot, lightly spray it with cooking spray. Next, measure out ¼ cup portions of batter for each pancake and pour them onto the pan. As the edges of the pancakes begin to dry and small bubbles appear on the surface, it's time to flip them. After cooking for another 2-3 minutes, the pancakes should be golden brown and cooked through. Finally, serve them immediately and rinse and repeat with the remaining batter.
