Since the holidays have our whole family buzzed up, I was looking forward to trying this product to see how well it could wind us down. Installing the sleep aid is a cinch, and just requires being plugged into an outlet. So simple! I chose an outlet in our bedroom near the bed. Once I plugged it in, I had to choose the setting. I went ahead and set it to the medium setting, which would offer us 12 hours of scent. Right away, the scent began and I must say it is quite soothing and relaxing!
Within 30 minutes, the aromatherapy power of the sleep aid started to kick in. I felt relaxed and was able to unwind quite easily. The scent is soothing and pleasant, not overpowering at all. Leaving it on the medium setting I was able to enjoy a good 9 hours of scent before I woke up and turned it off. There was still plenty of scent left to plug it back in the next night and enjoy it for a few more hours without replacing the pad.
