Week 1 in the I Heart Omron Fitness Challenge

This has been a tough week for me. Although I have lost four pounds, I have been sick for almost five days straight. So go me but darn I was sure not moving around much last week.

My goal was to walk every single day while doing the workouts from @MrBookieBoo. I did manage to complete the workout a few times and even walk a couple of times. But the everyday thing just didn't quite work out because a fever of 103.8 came on.

So I am not quite sure if my weight loss is from being sick or the combination of better eating/ exercise. Next week it will be much easier to report since I am definitely getting better.
