We shop a lot and I tend to price compare as much as I can to make certain that I am getting a good deal. This is especially true for toys. There is nothing worse than purchasing a toy and then seeing it for $10 cheaper at another store a few days later. That is frustrating.
Since we are heading right into birthday party season (and back to school), there are a lot of birthday presents that we need to buy for upcoming events. So on Saturday mornings, we figure out what parties and events are coming up. Then we head to Walmart to buy presents.
I had no idea until recently about the Walmart Savings Catcher but I think that it is a great idea. Here are a few of the things that we purchased:
Both of these items are typical items that we would purchase as gifts. They are toys that all three of my children play with and that they know their friends will enjoy as well.
Using the Walmart Savings Catcher is extremely easy and now you no longer have to shop around for the best deal because Walmart does that for you. What is great is that nationally branded grocery items like snack foods and beverages are easily comparable with Savings Catcher.
All you need to do is make certain that you are submitting receipts with 10 or more items will maximize your chance of having an item matched by Savings Catcher.
Even those seasonal items like school supplies for back to school or Easter candy in April will have lots of potential to be matched by Savings Catcher. Plus you won’t have to shop around for the best deal which makes everything easier.

I spend a lot of time finding the best prices,I use comparison sites and also go to the different stores to check which is cheaper in store as online does not always update fast enough.
The Savings Catcher is great! I shop at Wal-Mart all the time, so the idea of them watching to see if I can save more money is great.

Wow. I had no idea WM had this. I dont get to shop there often because its another town over, but when I do, I will have to enter my receipt. I use a lot of apps for coupons and savings. I’ll save anywhere I can.

It is frustrating if the savings is significant, I agree. I know some people will refund the diff, but that’s too much of a hassle for me. Knowing ahead of time is key. Savings Catcher is a great idea!

You can actually do it both ways which makes it even more convenient.
