I don’t take them regularly like I should, but I need to start taking them. This looks like a great option for me.
I do not take vitamins regularly but I have thought about it. In the past I found that the right vitamins can make me feel like I have more energy to be honest!

I try to eat a balanced diet and get my vitamins that way. I take calcium and vit D for my bones otherwise I don’t think I need any other supplements. It does sound like a great service for supplements.

This is a great reminder that I need to get back into the habit of taking vitamins. As I get older it seems more important to take.
It can be really hard to take the proper stuff and get the right nutrition. I am always worried I still fall short in that department.

I take my vitamins every morning during breakfast. My day starts with a morning run, followed by a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. As a distance runner I take a multi-vitamin along with iron and vitamin D.
