Growing up in a military family, travel wasn't always easy for us because we didn't have a lot of money. We were a family of four and my father was a full time soldier. As a result, we spent a lot of time taking road trips.
We traveled all over the United States and my parents really loved taking us to see new places. In addition, every time we moved we would travel by car to the next place we were moving. However, we would always fly there first to check it out. We always flew space available on military planes. If you have never had that experience, I have to tell you that it is not that comfortable but you always get to your destination.

This is such a great program for military personal. I remember growing up with my father in the Army and never taking vacations because it was too expensive for a family of 5. I hope this helps out other families.
