Technically it's Rice Krispies Treats but a lot of people just look for rice crispy treats cereal and don't spell it the right way. Star Rice Krispies Treat Pops Recipe

Ingredients

• 40 marshmallows
• 4 tbsp butter
• 6 cups Rice Krispies
• star cookie cutter
• Wilton Light Blue Candy Melts (or your favorite color)
• multi­color nonpareil sprinkles
• non­stick spray
• lollipop sticks

Directions

1. Spray 9 x 13 baking pan with non­stick spray.
2. In a large pan melt butter and marshmallows on low heat. Once the mixture is smooth stir in the 6 cups of rice cereal and coat completely.
3. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and press down evenly with wax paper (mixture will be sticky) or with the back of a large spoon.
4. Use the cookie cutters to cut out the stars and set aside.
5. Melt the Light Blue Candy Melts in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments stirring until melted. Let cool 1­2 minutes. Dip the Star shaped treats into the chocolate one at a time and set aside and sprinkle with multi colored nonpareils.

*If desired put the treats onto the candy sticks BEFORE dipping in the chocolates.
