This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Sara Lee® Bread.
We pack lunches for our kids at least three days per week. We would like to do it more but the fact is that the kids have to help us make their lunches. Then we take them out of the fridge in the morning and get them ready to go. This is the perfect time to slip a note or something fun in there. Although I caution against throwing a handful of glitter in the lunchbox. I might have gotten a note about that last year. 🙂
But lunch notes? Yes please. My kids love them. My husband and I love putting them in their lunches. We know that they think about us at school and that this will bring a smile to their faces. I know that my children feel loved but we love showing them that as well.

Aw, what a sweet way to stay in touch with your kids during the day :-). I used to put little notes and toys in my older kids’ lunches when they were little, but I’ve kind of gotten out of the habit of doing that. I know my youngest would really enjoy getting notes at school in her lunch. Great time to make use of this printable!
I didn’t know that Sara Lee now makes bread. I checked these lovable love notes and they’re really cute! I’ve written notes before on a sticky note but this is cooler (and cutier!). My boys can have a more lovable lunch!
I do love Sara Lee bread! I’m thankful making lunches are behind me, but every one in a while I love nothing better than a PB&J on great bread! I do miss making the little notes!
I love this idea. I occasionally put little notes in my sons lunch, this would make it a little faster in morning. I think younger children that just started school full time would really get a kick out of these notes.
That’s so cute. I can’t wait until my kids are old enough to read their lunch notes. Who knew Sara Lee offered this? Hope it stays around another few years.
Yet another reason to love Sara Lee. Seriously. I was obsessed with their outlet store near my childhood home…now they are giving me such great parenting resources too. I’m sure my boys would love getting a special love note from mom along with their lunch.
I think our schools would flip out if we were to send glitter in our kid’s lunches! I love the idea of sending notes in the kid’s lunches. We send a packed lunch a couple times a week with our older kids.
My kids love it when I insert love notes in their lunches. These notes from Sara Lee are just too cute. I will make sure to buy these breads next time I go grocery shopping.
This is very nice! I was always subject to the school lunches when I was a youngin’, and I remember friends around me sometimes had sweet notes in their lunchboxes. I was so jealous! I don’t have kids …..yet 😉 but this is something I would definitely do with them.
Interesting! I never knew Sara Lee made bread! I loved their cakes when I could eat it but never knew it was a bread too!! I love those little note labels. My kids would get such a kick out of it!
I was unaware that Sara Lee made bread, I am always so clueless which to choose and Sara Lee is a brand I know and love. I will be sure to look out for it next time I’m in the supermarket. I also love the love notes! We usually use a sharpie and a napkin but if that gets wet it’s done. I will check back next week for additional notes. Thanks for sharing.
This is a great idea by Sara Lee. I enjoy their bread, but now I would enjoy it even better because of the free printables. Kids would love to see love notes in their lunchboxes!
Awwww, love these lunch notes! I don’t make my tween’s lunch any more… she does. But maybe I could sneak a note in the box sometime to surprise her! These notes are so cute and I love that they’re customizable!
currently, I do not pack lunch for anyone because i dont have kids. i didnt know Sara Lee had a printable labels that we could use to write these adorable notes. I am thinking maybe we can use this method to put on little kids meal trays at our hospital. thank you for sharing this.
A raspberry turkey sandwich?! Wow, that sounds awesome! I’ve had cranberry sauce and turkey at Thanksgiving but never heard of someone doing raspberry! I liked that recipe.
My children always ask for Sara Lee bread. Sure, sometimes there is a sale and I’m tempted to buy the store brand, but I did that once and learned the hard way. My kids don’t like it! It’s always Sara Lee at our house! 🙂 The recipe sounds delicious! 🙂
Lunch notes are such a cute idea and an easy way to make your child’s day. My daughter still has ones that I’ve given her over the years and talks about them all the time.
