Week 3 in the #IHeartOmron Fitness Challenge #mamavation
This has been a tough challenge for me. I was sick for the first two and a half weeks. I am still getting over this cough which has seriously hampered my ability to exercise as much as I would like to but I have still done fairly well with over 14 pounds gone. I just think that I could have had higher weight loss results had this never-ending sickness not set in.
Omron gave us bloggers some really cool products to use during this challenge including:
HJ-323USB connected pedometer
Omron 510W Composition Monitor and Scale
Strapless Heart Rate Monitor HR-500U
Now the Strapless Heart Rate Monitor just arrived a few days ago so I have been having some fun playing around with it and getting used to wearing it. So far so good although I had a few problems getting it to work at first but now everything is working well.
Have you heard about the Omron Strapless Heart Rate Monitor HR-500U?
