I Heart Omron Week 4 Results
There have been four weeks in the #IHeartOmron challenge. If you haven't had a chance, check out my previous posts:
This has been a tough challenge for me. I was sick for the first two and a half weeks. I am still getting over this cough which has seriously hampered my ability to exercise as much as I would like to but I have still done fairly well with over 14 pounds gone. I just think that I could have had higher weight loss results had this never-ending sickness not set in.
