DIY FATHER'S DAY TIE HERB POT
- Craft glue
- Scrapbook paper
- Flower pot
We found everything we needed at our local retail and dollar store. Look for a color palette that works for you and suits your tastes. Your options are pretty much endless.
- Begin by cutting out the shape of a tie from your scrapbook paper. This may take a few attempts to get the shape right. Be patient and just try cutting a basic triangle that goes into a diamond shape. This should give you the shape you are after.
- Apply some glue to the back of the tie cut out and press it to the flower pot. Run your finger over it well to remove any bubbles or wrinkles.
- You can seal the top of the cut out with a clear Mod Podge if you wish or just leave it as is.
- Fill your flower pot as you normally would. Add a little gravel for drainage and then follow up with your soil and plant.
