Are you looking for DIY table coasters or how to make drink coasters? I love being crafty. Even better when they are easy crafts that look great and I can share them with you guys. This is such a fun craft. We last did this craft for a girl's night in event that we held for Galentine's Day. Directions
- Determine a size for the coaster and cut out a round piece of felt as per that size.
- Grab the rope from its open end and create a twirl pattern with it. Make sure that the twirl is tight and even. Place and glue the twirled rope piece on the center of the felt piece.
- Continue to circle the rope around the coiled part, on the felt base.
- Stop circling the rope when there is a 1cm border left on the outer side of the felt. Cut off the extra rope and glue the open end with the felt base to secure it.
- Select pompoms of your choice and attach them around the outer (intact) side of the felt base.
- You can mix and match different colored pompoms to give the rope coaster a fun look.
