Even after all these years, the iPod is still considered by many to be the gold standard for MP3 players. There's no question that it's a highly capable device, but what makes it so...
Canon PowerShot Elph 530 HS
The Canon PowerShot ELPH 530 is a small, lightweight compact camera suitable for taking quality pictures and videos on the go. A 28 mm Wide Angle Lens enables the photographer to capture more “picture” in the frame than a smaller lens, while the Optical Image Stabilizer helps reduce motion blur. On the back of the Canon PowerShot ELPH 530 HS is a 3.2 inch wide LCD screen to view the images and to select different settings.
With the Smart AUTO setting function, the camera selects the proper settings to make the image come out the best possible way, and the new Face ID function allows the camera to recognize when it is seeing a person’s face and to focus on it, reducing any out of focus blurring. However, in addition to the AUTO function, this camera also has a manual function, allowing the photographer to get more creative and artsy with the photos if so desired. In the manual function, the photographer is able to adjust the shutter speed, aperture, ISO and other particular shooting specifications.
The Canon PowerShot ELPH 530 HS has a low-light function that enables the photographer to take pictures in areas that are not very well lit, and still be able to depend on the images coming out sufficient. A 12x Optical Zoom allows the photographer to be quite a ways away from the subject, zoom in, and not have a blurry image. The camera has a decently sized internal memory, but also accepts a microSD, a microSDHC, or a micro SDXC memory card of any memory size.
Another aspect of the Canon PowerShot ELPH 50 HS is that it has the capability of taking good quality videos. All videos are taken in 1080p Full HD, and anyone can hook the camera up to a HDTV with an HDMI cable to playback the movies. Uploading the videos to the computer first is an option, but definitely not mandatory.
One of the most unique things about the Canon PowerShot ELPH 530 HS is that it has built-in WiFi. Once the photographer takes a picture, they do not have to wait to get home and upload it to the computer to share it; directly from the camera itself, images can be posted on Twitter, Facebook, or any other site through the Canon CameraWindow App. A one-time registration for this app enables the photographer to use it for the life of the camera.
The Canon PowerShot ELPH 530 comes in either black or white along with a battery pack, charger, and cable needed to connect the camera to the computer. It provides the photographer with a nice portable and lightweight camera to take good pictures with.
