We love cooking with pork and sharing the best pork tenderloin recipe with you. Pork is a great alternative to the beef that my husband loves so much and it's lower in fat which is always a great bonus. There is a reason it's called the other white meat. While I like beef as well, I prefer a little more variety and that is something that pork can provide. We also like experimenting a lot with recipes and pork is one of the perfect meats to have some fun with. We make everything from pork tacos, pork kabobs, shredded pork sandwiches, pork ribs, pork chops, and other boneless pork loin recipes. Here is one of our new favorite recipes. What we liked was how great it was the first night we cooked it and then it was just as amazing the day as a sandwich. We hope that this BBQ Pork Tenderloin recipe post inspires you.
You should know that there are different schools of thought regarding the pork tenderloin temp. The internal temp should be around 135 degrees F when you take it. Let it rest for about 10 minutes and the temperature of your pork loin should get to about 145. This gives you a juicy pink center like the picture. If you prefer a more done pork loin, take it out around 150-155 degrees F.
