This seems to be a no-brainer but I am surprised at the amount of people who actually don't go to see their doctor and dentist annually. Making certain that your teeth and body are in order means that you can stick to your health goals.
No matter what, try to at least move or exercise for 10 minutes a day. I do squats in my bathroom while I am putting on makeup on or fixing my hair. I stretch every morning when I wake up and this is a great start to my day. This is one of my favorite achievable new year's resolutions or Attainable New Year's Resolutions.
This was key for me for achievable new year's resolutions. I had no idea what a proper portion size was until I started researching it. Now I know exactly how much to eat and I can track my portions much better.
Reducing my screen time is something that I aspire to do every single day and mostly fail but I still try to monitor myself as much as possible. I try to put my phone down, get off of the computer and just read an actual book every single night before going to bed. Reduced screen time means less strain on my eyes which is always a good thing.
Sit up straight. You would be surprised at how effective proper posture can be on your body. You can experience much less fatigue and your back with thank you and this is an achievable new year's resolutions that is just better for you.
Honestly this seems like a lot of work but you would be surprised at how much time you can actually save by planning what you are going to eat everyday. I plan absolutely everything that I will be eating for the next day the night before.
