  • 1 large head of cauliflower – washed and cut into floret
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 stick of butter – melted
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp of garlic salt (dry mix)
  • 2 tbsp of garlic powder (dry mix)
  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar (dry mix)
  • 2 tbsp of onion powder (dry mix)
  • 2 tbsp of paprika (Dry Mix)
  • 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper (Dry Mix)
  • 1 cup of Franks Buffalo Sauce

Directions of crispy and crunchy Air Fryer Cauliflower Bites

  1. First, rinse the cauliflower thoroughly, cut it into florets and set aside in bowl.
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave and whisk the milk with the butter until completely blended.
  3. Pour the butter mixture and sesame oil over the florets and toss to coat. Toss a few times to coat every piece well.
  4. Mix your dry mix ingredients together and stir until well blended. Sprinkle the dry mix over the florets. Shake many times in your oversized large steel mixing bowl to totally coat the florets with the dry mix.
  5. Place the coated florets on the air fryer tray, and place into your air fryer for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. After the 10 minutes, remove the cauliflower into your same bowl.  Liberally drizzle the Franks Buffalo Sauce over the florets. Mix thoroughly to ensure every piece is covered.  Place lace back in the oven for 10 or so minutes until your sauce is thickens while still keeping the florets crunchy. Check frequently.
  7. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
