Homemade Tartar Sauce Dill
Homemade Tartar Sauce Dill Do you know how to make tartar sauce without capers? Do you how you spell tartar sauce? No matter what you call it tardar sauce, tartar recipe, or even seafood...
We were inspired by a huge bag of Vidalia Onions we received after our recent farm tour and visit to the Vidalia Onion Festival. There were tons of things that we wanted to create but we started first with our fabulous salsa and made it even better with Vidalia Onions. We hope that you love this DIY Pico De Gallo Recipe.
Pico de gallo is a bright, fresh, colorful and flavorful salsa with a hint of heat. Literally translated as “rooster’s beak,” this Mexican condiment differs from traditional salsa in the amount of liquid it contains; pico de gallo is traditionally drier.
As written, this recipe produces a flavorful dip for chips that has a tolerable amount of spiciness. For a bigger kick, double the amount of jalapeños listed below. When cutting the jalapeños, be sure to wear gloves, especially if you have any open cuts on your hands. Do not touch your hands to your eyes, lips, or other body part, as the heat can produce an uncomfortable burn.
Pico De Gallo is truly one of those versatile condiments that most people love because it can really enhance the flavor of whatever you put it in. This recipe is perfect to dip your chips in or you can add it to your Crockpot along with chicken for shredded chicken tacos. There is so much you can do with this sauce. We hope that you are inspired by this DIY Pico De Gallo Recipe. Happy cooking!
