Despicable Me Toys at Walmart
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walmart for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine. Whether you still have holiday shopping to do or you just need a few things...
There are so many firsts these days.
They are growing and changing. At the speed of light.
Many days I want it all to stop. My heart wants them to stay little forever.
My head knows that they will continue to grow. To change. To become the amazing human beings they are destined to become.
I have to make myself remember how important all of these firsts are for me and them. After all, I am the chief memory keeper of my household and I take that responsibility seriously.
Yesterday they started school. Third grade, first grade and pre-K. They ran in their classrooms without a hug or a kiss or even saying goodbye.
I only cried a little.

This is the first year that I have used the printables but I do take pictures every year of their first day. I love it!!
My Wordless Wednesday post is about my dog adding to the stress. He makes just as much of a mess like a child does!
OMG so does my dog Candace. He is like my fourth child!
I LOVE the idea of having them hold the signs! I just might have to do that this year. Here I always have them stand by the front door so I can see how much they grew from year to year.
That is a great idea. I need to get better about tracking how much they are growing and this definitely helped!
Aww!
I love the curved edges of your photos too!
Thanks Penelope!
Firsts are so much fun, and sometimes very tough. My son had his first day of 7th grade, and that was sooo hard. My baby is growing up.
I hate that they are growing up. But I love it too.
Too cute! I love the shoes on the wrong feet! 🙂
I know. Me too! She can never manage to get them on the right feet. It is so cute!!!
Those are just SUPER cute!!!! I may have to use that idea. The polka dots were AWESOME!
Happy WW!
Kas
Thanks Kas!
