Week 3 in the I Heart Omron Fitness Challenge

So week 3 just ended. I am still getting over this sickness thing but feeling much better. I have been able to exercise a little more last week.

I lost 2.8 pounds last week. I am pretty excited. Now I just want my body to feel good again. This flu thing is miserable and I know that I should be feeling great by now with the weight lost but I just am not yet.

Hopefully next week, I will report weight lost and that I am feeling great.

    Yeah for a weight loss. I was sick last week and then hurt my foot but I did manage a tiny loss.
