This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of DAV for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.
I grew up in the military. My father was in the Army and we traveled around to several places before we settled in Atlanta, Georgia.
A lot of my life has been shaped by the military and the military kids that I have been friends with. I loved growing up as part of a military family and I am truly thankful for all of the support that we received. I believe that serving your country in the military is one of the most noble things that you can do.
DAV is the only nonprofit that provides a lifetime of support for veterans of all generations. Each year, DAV assists over 1 million veterans by helping them get access to the benefits that they have earned during their service. Benefits include
Healthcare
Disability
Connection to meaningful employment opportunities
With Veterans Day approaching (November 11, 2015) there really is no better time to thank those veterans in your life.
