// Comments Off on Target Buy One, Give One Sale
Back-to-school is just around the corner for us. In fact, it is in less than three weeks. This means we are running around trying to get everything done and get all of the school supplies we need to start the year right.
Each year we head to Target for our back-to-school supplies. This year my son will be going to a different school than my daughters so he decided he wanted to make each sister their own homework folder personalized by him. He is an artist and loves to draw so he had something already in mind when we went shopping at Target.
The homework folders are required by the school to be blue so he wanted to draw something that would look good on blue. We used high quality photo paper and then decoupaged it onto the front of the folder.
He turned these:
Into these:
This was folder for his youngest sister who loves the ocean as much as he does. This will be her homework folder for the entire year and he is excited that she will think of him every time she sees it.
He made this for his other sister:
We have a picture in our home of all three siblings holding hands so he thought that it would be fun to do a variation of that. He even signed it!
