Slushes with Mott’s Bold Juice Drinks

MottsIt has been a hot summer here in Atlanta and I do mean hot. We have seen many days in the high 90’s and I believe we even passed 100 degrees a time or two.

As part of the #MottsEveryday campaign, we got to try out their Mott's Juice Drinksand my kids loved them as much as I did. From the moment they arrived at the house, my son began to divide them up and then actually got upset that he had to include me in the division. LOL

In fact my son had an even more fabulous idea to make slushes. Nothing is better for beater the Georgia heat better than a slush. Even better when they are made with Mott’s.

BEATING THE HEAT

We got to try some really fun flavors including Mott's Wild Grape Surge which both of my girls really loved. My son and I both really liked the Mott's Fruit Punch Rush. My husband’s favorite flavor was Mott's Strawberry Boom.

My son even mixed all three and decided that he liked that the best so he used that to make his slush.

LOVING ON MOTT’S

These slushes were so easy to make. We simply froze the juice drink in large freezer bags for about 1 hour. Then we took them out and smashed them with a mallet to make them super chunky. My husband also crushed a little ice in the blender.

We put the ice in a glass and poured the juice right over it. Next we let loose and had some amazing slushes! They were delicious and refreshing. You should definitely try one!!
