I am still finding it hard to believe that Summer is over and school has started once again. I always feel like the Summer flies by and then all of sudden, here we are in back-to-school season!

    On the weekends I set a weekly menu plan and stick to it. I also like to precook alot of poultry and meat on the weekends then freeze for an easy weekly meal.

    The easist way I have found is at the very least start a few weeks before school with school time bedtimes and wakeups.. It makes the first week back easier for everyone after a summer filled with perhaps later nights and varying schedules.
