Passion Fruit Mango Beer Cocktail

You all know that I pretty much love entertaining, whether it's a small family affair or a bigger friends party, I just love too much to invite people over. So needless to say I'm always on the lookout of signature cocktails to serve at the gatherings, my last finding? My friends, I have to start saying that this is beyond good. It's actually one of those drink recipes that's a must make especially during the Summer months when all we are craving is a cold and super refreshing drink. This Passion Fruit Mango Beer Cocktail.

One of my favorite things about this Passion Fruit Mango Beertail is not only that's a complete crowd favorite but also the fact that's incredibly easy to make at home. I love a fancy cocktail just like the next girl but when I'm making drinks for a crowd I want them to be easy peasy and kind of fast but I don't want to sacrifice flavor or style. This recipe nails it down to a T.

I usually make the Passion Fruit Mango Beertail with fresh mango, but I've actually made if with frozen mango chunks and it works just as well, so it really depends on what you prefer and what you have on hand.

For the passion fruit juice, I buy it done from the ethnic food aisle of my local supermarket. The juice is sour and super flavorful by itself and I believe that it's the one that packs this recipe with so much deliciousness.

And then it's just a matter of placing all your ingredients into your blender and giving it a whirl. To serve it just pour it into glasses filled to the brims with ice and decorate with some mint sprigs.

Passion Fruit Mango Beertail

Ingredients:

1 Cup passion fruit juice, cold
2 Cups light beer,cold
1 Mango
Ice
Mint sprigs

Directions:

Peel and cut a mango into cubes.
Place half the mango cubes in a blender, add passion fruit juice, and water. Mix for 1-2 minutes.
Fill the glasses with ice and pour the beertail into them.
Top with the remaining mango cubes and decorate with mint sprigs.
Serve and enjoy.
