My husband and I both love them so much that our kids have become just as obsessed as creating new smoothie recipes as we are. Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup ice cold water
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 orange, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 apple, seeds and core removed, quartered
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into 1/2″ chunks
  • 4 chunks of pineapple
  • 1/4 of a mango, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into the blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour and enjoy.

    I dont really have a favourite smoothie. I dont make them nearly enough, but would love to start. This looks great. Colour usually turns me off of smoothies but this one is a nice shade!

    A good blender makes all the difference for sure! I make them and they are rather lumpy but drinkable. Carrots right now are inexpensive and are a good choice for keeping you healthy too. I like mine with orange or even apple and you can barely taste the vegetables, although honestly I like carrot juice.

    This sounds so good. I haven’t tried carrot in smoothies yet, but I can’t wait to try. I used to be able to get Columbia Gorge carrot juice at whole foods, it was fresh and sooooooooo good, this would make me feel better about not having it any more. I used to drink so much of it I thought I might turn orange.
