Iced Green Tea Recipe
Iced Green Tea Recipe
I am an avid tea drinker. I like it cold. Like Iced Tea. I like it hot. I like all kinds of flavors. No, I LOVE tea. We recently tried the Lipton Green Teas. I loved them so much that I had to pay tribute to that delicious Green Tea, Orange Passionfruit & Jasmine tea. This was my favorite of all of the teas so far so instead of a traditional sweet tea recipe (I do live in the South after all), we made our iced tea with a twist. We hope that this Iced Green Tea Recipe post inspires you.

Directions for Either Ingredient List Above
- Add cold water to a large pot. I use my spaghetti pot.
- Heat on high until boiling and reduce heat to medium. Add sugar stirring until dissolved.
- Add teabags. Cover the pot and let steep.
- The key is keeping the lid on so the teabags steep and steam. This is what makes the tea strong You can remove the teabags as soon as the tea is to your liking. I taste it several times and I like my tea strong so I leave it to steep for at least an hour.
- Stir in the fruit or concentrate from the chosen ingredients list from the recipe above.
- Add ice to a glass, fill it with tea, and add a garnish.
- Enjoy!
