It Cosmetics is a great brand and I have reviewed and tried a lot of their products in the past. Recently they sent me their brand new compact foundation, Confidence in a Compact, and I was very excited to try it out. Foundations are something that I struggle to find one that I really love and that works the best for me but I am always willing to try out new ones in the search for the perfect one. I have tried dewy foundations, matte foundations, liquid foundations, and even pressed powder foundations but none have really stuck out to me. One type of foundation I have not tried a lot of is cream foundations, and that is exactly what the Confidence in a Compact foundation is. The IT Cosmetics Confidence in a Compact is marketed as full coverage serum foundation that has been solidified into a compact foundation. There are seven shades in the line up to cater to a variety of skin tones. It is recommended to either use the sponge applicator that is included with the foundation or a brush and they instruct you to press firmly into the foundation and then apply to the skin. Now, let's jump into my experience with the product and my thoughts.

Let me just say, I absolutely fell in love with this foundation. I personally think it is one of the best foundations I have ever tried. I will say that this foundation is marketed as a full coverage foundation and I don't believe that you get a really full coverage look out of it, I would say it is more of a medium coverage. However, I do think that it is easily buildable so you can work up to that full coverage look if desired. This foundation gives me a nice satin finish and it doesn't feel very heavy on the skin. I don't have anything bad to say about this product, if you are someone that doesn't need a very full coverage look, this is the foundation for you!

IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Bronzer

You can find this product at QVC.com. This foundation retails for $38, which I think is a fairly decent price point for a high end foundation. Most range from $30-$50 so this definitely fits right into that category. As I said before, I cannot say enough good things about this product and I would highly recommend picking it up if you are looking for a new foundation.
