Chocolate Candy Corn Rice Krispies Treats
CHOCOLATE CANDY CORN RICE KRISPIES TREATS
- Spray a 9”x13” with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large sauce pan, over low heat, melt butter. Once melted, add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in Chocolate Rice Krispies. Mix until well coated, then stir in 1 cup of candy corn.
- Pour the mixture into the 9”x13” pan. Spread evenly and firmly, making sure to fill all corners. Let cool.
- In a double boiler, or in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips. With a spatula, scoop the melted chocolate on top of the cooling Chocolate Rice Krispy mixture. Spread the chocolate evenly across the top. Sprinkle remaining candy corn across the top. Let bars cool completely, about 3-4 hours. You could also put in the refrigerator for an hour to speed up the cooling time. Cut bars after completely cool.
