We are an active family. We love to do things outside and everyone in the family loves to bike ride. During the long days of summer, we have much more time to bike ride together and we love to plan long days hanging out at a local park with lots of great bike trails.

OUR 12-HOUR ADVENTURE

For our 12-hour adventure we headed to our local park with some of our favorite trails. We brought our bikes, our swimsuits, snacks and a picnic lunch. Once we packed the car we were on our way after a quick stop to Caribou Coffee.

We had such a fun time and spent the entire day outdoors. We even went into the lake when it was raining and it was wonderful. After about 12-13 hours we were ready to head home and rest. We actually went biking again the next day but not for quite as long.

It is the fun, playfulness and the easy-going mindset of summer that allows us to have such amazing adventures.
