We are all cookie lovers in this family. Every single one of us. When the holidays roll around, that means there are even more cookies to be baked as gifts. We give them out to teachers. We even leave them out for Santa every year. This year, we found our new favorite with this delicious Butterscotch and Pecan Cookie Recipe.
We made this Butterscotch and Pecan Cookie Recipe our own by using the Country Crock® Make it YoursTM base cookie recipe. To that, we added:
The base recipe is such a great recipe. It makes the perfect cookie dough and the mix-in possibilities are endless. The cookies are thick, moist and delicious. With this one easy recipe, you are on your way to baking all of the cookies you can dream up!
You customize by adding 1-2 cups of your favorite mix-ins (such as chocolate chips, sprinkles, marshmallows).
